Conditions for purchasing a Guest Pass/Single Tour

Right of withdrawal for Guest Pass/single trip

When buying outside a store/remote sale [e.g. via app, Internet or telephone), consumers have the statutory right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days after Skimore has fulfilled its obligation to provide information under the Right of Withdrawal Act, cf. the Right of Withdrawal Act § 20.

When purchasing a Guest Pass and other goods in a physical store, the customer does not have any right of withdrawal, cf. Section 1 of the Right of Cancellation Act.

 

If the customer has used the Guest Pass/Single Tour (activated in the turnstile) within the cancellation period, the right to cancel ceases, cf. Section 26 of the Right of Cancellation Act.

 

We would like to point out that no refunds are given for Guest Passes/Single trips in the event of unforeseen downtime, bad weather, power cuts, machine faults or other conditions beyond our control (Force majeure).

Confiscation and fees

If you pass a roundabout without a valid ticket, Skimore can impose a fee of NOK 1,500.

 

If you pass a roundabout with the wrong type of ticket (age), your Guest Pass may be revoked and you may be charged a fee of NOK 1,500.

 

Abuse; including the lending or resale of the Guest Pass leads to confiscation of the card, without any form of refund and a fee may be imposed cf. 1 paragraph.

 

In the event of a breach of the Alpine Water Rules or by avoiding following the facility's safety rules or warnings, the Guest Pass may be confiscated.

Confiscated Guest Pass(es) can be collected for a fee of NOK 1,500.

 

 

Privacy and marketing

Card information: When you shop at Skimore AS, the payment is processed by Nets Branch Norway (Org. no. 996 345 734), which is a secure electronic payment solution for Visa and Mastercard/Eurocard. All card information is stored in accordance with the card company's regulations. When using Vipps, this is processed by Vipps AS and your bank connection.

 

Skimore will at all times process the Customer's personal data in accordance with our privacy policy and applicable legislation.

 

As part of our services, we will send you information in the app related to skiing and driving conditions, and other information that is relevant to your customer relationship with Skimore. These inquiries form part of our offer to you as a customer, and are made in accordance with § 15 third paragraph of the Marketing Act (existing customer relationship).
