Conditions for purchasing a Guest Pass/Single Trip (Lif) – SKIING and BICYCLING

Right of withdrawal for Guest Pass/single trip

When purchasing outside a store/distance selling [e.g. via app, Internet or telephone), consumers have a statutory right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days after Skimore has fulfilled its information obligation under Section 20 of the Right of Withdrawal Act.

See our cancellation form here.

When purchasing Guest Passes and other goods in a physical store, the customer does not have any right of withdrawal, cf. the Right of Withdrawal Act, Section 1.

If the customer has used the Guest Pass/Single Trip (activated it in the roundabout) within the cancellation period, the right of cancellation ceases, cf. Section 26 of the Right of Cancellation Act.

Please note that no refunds will be given for Guest Passes/Single Trips in the event of unforeseen downtime, bad weather, power outages, machine failures or other circumstances beyond our control (Force Majeure). Force Majeure also includes epidemics, pandemics and similar, including government orders as a result of this.

Parts of the slopes may be reserved for competition and training for limited periods, without providing grounds for compensation. The same applies to necessary and planned maintenance of lifts or slopes.

Confiscation and fees

If you pass a turnstile without a valid ticket, Skimore can impose a fee of 1500 NOK.

If you pass through the turnstile with the wrong type of ticket (age), your Guest Pass may be confiscated and a fine of 1,500 NOK may be imposed.

Misuse, including lending or reselling of Guest Passes, will result in the card being confiscated, without any form of refund, and a fee may be imposed, cf. 1st paragraph.

If you violate the Alpine Safety Rules or avoid following the facility's safety rules or warnings, your Guest Pass may be confiscated.

Revoked Guest Pass(es) can be retrieved for a fee of 1,500 kroner.
