These terms and conditions apply to the rental of equipment from TryvannWyller AS (corporation no. 996 599 507), hereinafter referred to as Skimore Oslo, and the person ordering the rental (hereinafter referred to as the customer).

1. Contracting party and liability

Responsible for the agreement is: TryvannWyller AS, PO Box 58 Slemdal, 0710 Oslo Organization number: 996 599 507

Skimore Oslo is responsible for ensuring that rentals are carried out in accordance with these terms and conditions and the confirmation the customer receives when booking. Information provided on websites and in brochures is binding, unless the customer is clearly informed of changes before entering into an agreement.

2. Booking and confirmation

An order is binding when Skimore Oslo has confirmed it in writing (e.g. via email or receipt from online ordering). The customer is obliged to check the confirmation and notify Skimore Oslo immediately in case of errors.

3. Payment

• Payment is made when ordering online or directly in connection with delivery of equipment.

• Skimore Oslo accepts payment with Visa, Mastercard, BankAxept, Diners and Vipps.

• When paying from abroad, all fees must be covered by the customer.

4. Cancellation and refund

• Equipment rentals are binding for the date booked and cannot be moved.

• The amount is non-refundable in the event of cancellation, with the exception of the following:

In the event of illness or injury that can be documented with a medical certificate, 90% of the rental amount will be refunded, regardless of the time of cancellation.

5. Use of equipment and customer obligations

• The customer is obliged to use the equipment responsibly and in accordance with instructions from Skimore Oslo.

• Equipment must be returned at the agreed time and in the same condition as when delivered, with the exception of normal wear and tear.

The customer is financially responsible for loss or damage to the equipment resulting from negligent or incorrect use.

Skimore Oslo may terminate the rental agreement with immediate effect if the customer acts negligently, causes damage or violates the terms. Upon termination, the customer is not entitled to a refund, and may be liable for damages with a minimum amount of NOK 5,000.

6. Changes from Skimore Oslo

• Skimore Oslo can make minor adjustments if equivalent or better equipment is offered.

• Price changes resulting from changes in taxes or fees may be invoiced to the customer if this occurs more than 20 days before the rental date.

7. Limitation of liability

Skimore Oslo is not responsible for losses due to circumstances beyond our control, such as extreme weather, power outages, natural events or other force majeure situations.

8. Privacy

When ordering, the customer agrees that personal data will be processed by Skimore Oslo for the purpose of administering the order, security and any claims settlement. The privacy policy can be found here: https://oslo.skimore.no/personvernerklaering

9. Disputes

Disputes between the customer and Skimore Oslo shall be resolved amicably. If the parties cannot reach an agreement, the case shall be brought before the Oslo District Court.
