A Skimore membership gives you access to all our resorts and activities:
Skimore Oslo: Tryvann and Wyller ski resort, free sledge rental in Korketrekkeren, H&L climbing park.
Skimore Drammen: Ski resort and one of Norway's best downhill bike parks.
Skimore Kongsberg: Ski resort, bike lift and Formula G.
Partner resorts: The membership also gives access to all our partner resorts.
The Keycard must be from SKIDATA and have a DTA number containing 23 digits. (These start with 01- or 30-.)
A Keycard from last season can be reused this year.
New Keycards are collected at the indoor cash desk or from the machines located outside at all resorts.
Replacement cards: Bought in the app under Profile → Change → Click on the person who needs a replacement card → Replace lost Keycard → Go to payment and complete the purchase → Collect the new Keycard with a QR code at a pick-up point.
You can also replace a Keycard with another one you have lying around.
Download the Skimore app and buy a membership for the child/teenager. Fill in the information for the person who is to have the membership.
Note: The mobile number must be different from your own. For people over 16, an email address is also required.
Choose the payment type: annual or monthly, choose a due date, read and accept the terms, and complete payment with Vipps or bank card.
The QR code for collecting any new Keycards will only be visible to you as the buyer, under Home → Active bookings.
Feel free to send a screenshot of the code to the child/teenager so they can collect the lift pass themselves.
A membership can be frozen for a specified period if a member becomes ill or injured within the contract period and therefore cannot use the membership. Injuries or illness that already existed when the membership was taken out do not give the right to freeze.
A membership can also be frozen in the case of pregnancy or documented compulsory national service.
Family packages: If the member is part of a family package, the monthly price is reduced in proportion to the number of members. Example: A family of four, where one is injured, will get a 25% reduction in the monthly price during the specified period.
The member must notify Skimore within a reasonable time after the injury or illness occurred.
A valid medical certificate stating the start and end date of the freeze period is required.
The contract period is extended correspondingly by the period the membership is frozen.
A membership renews automatically for a new 12-month period with commitment, unless the renewal is stopped in the app before the renewal date.
The buyer of the membership can, in the app, go to Profile → Member → Change → Edit to stop or activate the renewal.
The button is shown in red if renewal is stopped/deactivated, and light blue if renewal is active.
If changes are required, for example due to a changed age category, the price may be adjusted.
Before your first visit, you should remember the following:
Active membership:
Check that your membership is active in the Skimore app.
Correct Keycard (lift pass):
On the back of the lift pass there is a DTA number (23 digits, no letters).
In the app you will find the number under Keycard. Make sure it matches the card you are using.
If you have lost the card, you can replace it under Profile → Change → Edit → Replace lost Keycard.
The QR code for a new Keycard is found under My accesses, and is used at a pick-up point to collect the new card.
If you have questions, contact support@skimore.no in good time before your visit.
Our memberships are annual memberships with a 12-month commitment, and renew automatically for a new 12 months with commitment.
We do not offer rolling monthly memberships or season-based memberships.
You can end the membership at any time by paying the remaining amount for the contract period, so that the full 12-month period is paid.
In addition, you must stop automatic renewal in the app under Profile → Member → Change → Edit to stop or activate the renewal.
The button is shown in red if renewal is stopped/deactivated, and light blue if renewal is active.
A renewal notice is sent by email well before the renewal date, and the date is also visible in the app under Profile → shown in the Membership card.
Membership benefits are an added perk offered to our members, and are not part of the membership itself.
The benefits may be limited to a particular season or period, and may vary from year to year.
As a member, you must keep yourself updated on which benefits apply.
You will find the current benefits both in the app and on our website.
Previous benefits such as free passes in Trysil/Hemsedal are not necessarily offered any longer.
You can read about this year's benefits here.
We are in a test period in partnership with Skidata.
If you have chosen the mobile ticket (BLE) in the app, you must bring your regular Keycard as a backup in your right pocket, so you can quickly switch to the Keycard if needed (put it in your left pocket to use it).
Keycard and BLE cannot be used at the same time in the resort.
You can switch between BLE and Keycard in the app at any time.
If your membership is blocked due to missing payment, you must add a new or existing bank card in the app under Profile → Payment and invoice → Change payment method.
If the block persists, contact support@skimore.no for help.
Automatic renewal is part of the agreement that is signed when the membership is bought in the app.
If you do not want automatic renewal, the buyer of the membership must stop it in the app under Profile → Change → Edit → Stop automatic renewal, or contact support@skimore.no before the renewal date.
The membership at Skimore is an ongoing contractual relationship with a 12-month commitment period.
After the first commitment period expires, the membership renews automatically for a new 12 months with commitment, until you end the membership in accordance with the terms (chapter 9).
All buyers must accept the terms in the app before purchase, which include information about automatic renewal.
The buyer of the membership can manage automatic renewal themselves in the app under Profile → Change → Edit → Stop automatic renewal (for all members, if there are several members in the same order)
This must be done before the renewal date. You will find the renewal date in the same menu.
You do not receive a confirmation email after deactivating, but the marker next to your name will go from blue to red.
If you need help, contact support@skimore.no.
Contact support@skimore.no.

If you have no unpaid invoices or active memberships/bookings, you can contact support@skimore.no to have your information deleted.
If you have active memberships or unpaid invoices, you must wait to contact us until the invoices are paid and the membership is no longer active.
Contact support@skimore.no and they will help you with the matter.
Or go to the ticket counter and they can look into it.
If you want to use the right of withdrawal and the membership has already been used, you must pay for the use.
Payment is made according to the current prices for guest passes:
Single membership example: If you have used the membership for 3 days, you pay for 3 day passes.
Family membership example: If a family of 4 has used the membership, with 2 of the members using it 3 times, you pay for 3 guest passes per member who has used the membership.
You can contact support@skimore.no to have your details changed.
Remember to specify what is to be changed, both from and to.
Yes, you can! You will find all statistics on your runs and days by logging in at portal.skimore.no.
A family membership can include up to two adults and up to three children (up to and including 24 years) in the same household. Make sure all family members are added when the membership is taken out.
The QR code for collecting any new Keycards will only be visible to the person who buys the membership in the app, on the home screen under "active bookings". All new Keycards must be collected at the same time, but it is enough for one person to do this.
Send an email as soon as possible to aktivitet@skimoredrammen.no.
Describe what was left behind or lost, and where you think you lost/left it.
The more detailed the description (colour, brand, model, size, etc.), the easier it is to identify the item.

The first visit per year and per centre requires safety instruction. Book a slot before instruction closes.
No pregnant women may climb.
Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult (18+) on blue, red or black routes and must meet the height requirement.
Children under 6 must always be accompanied by a climbing adult (does not apply to the Balder route, for children under 110 cm).
Maximum weight: 120 kg.
Not recommended for people with back or neck problems.
The height requirements for the routes are absolute.
Minimum age: 3 years.
Maximum 4 children per climbing adult on the routes.
Add the participant by entering their phone number in your booking.
If the app does not show “Is this the right person?” with a name, it may be because:
Wrong phone number.
The person has not registered a phone number on their profile.
For children on a family membership without a registered phone number, only the buyer can book for the child until a number is registered.
Bookings in the climbing park in Oslo last 3 hours, and climbing harnesses are reserved for the whole period.
If you want to start at 10:00, there must be available harnesses at 10:00, 11:00 and 12:00.
If we are out of climbing harnesses in any of the hours (indicated by a red bar in the app), you must choose a different start time.
If the child has a phone number linked to their user, others can add the child to their booking by entering the phone number under Participants.
If the child does not have a phone number, you can register one by going to Profile → Change → Edit → [child's name] → Edit user details, and saving the phone number.
The phone number must be unique and cannot be your own.
If the child has previously logged in with a phone number, they then have a user without an active membership. Contact Support@skimore.no to delete that user and add the number to the correct account.
If the child does not have their own phone number, you as a guardian must book climbing from your user.
You can take a screenshot of the QR code under Active bookings and send it by SMS to one of those going along.
We are working on the matter.
If the error message persists, contact support@skimore.no for help.
Thank you for your patience!
We are working on a solution for this. For now you can:
Complete the booking with payment, and then send an email to support@skimore.no for a refund if the friend has an active membership.
In many cases it says that you MUST pay, but no money is actually charged.
Alternatively, the friend who has a membership can take a screenshot of the QR code under Active bookings and send it by SMS to one of those going up.
Answer:
The person with a companion card must book climbing via the Skimore app.
Then send an email to booking@skimoreoslo.no with:
The companion's height
The date of the visit
The companion is not booked in the app or at the ticket counter.
This must be done at least 72 hours before the visit.
If you have paid with the correct KID number from the correct invoice, the payment should be registered automatically with us. If it has not been registered, send an email to support@skimore.no and we will follow up the matter.
Manual payments can take up to 3 days before they are registered.
Single membership: If you have bought a Guest Pass in the app and want to take out a membership, the cost of the guest pass is deducted from the membership price. The membership must be taken out within 72 hours of buying the guest pass.
Family membership: If you are a family who has bought a Guest Pass for each family member and want to convert to a family membership, the family membership must be taken out in the app within 72 hours of buying the guest passes. Then send an email to support@skimore.no with:
Subject line: Guest pass conversion family
Content: Name and phone number of the person who bought the guest passes and the membership (must be the same person).
Example: If you buy a Guest Pass on Saturday at 10:00, you can convert to a membership by the following Tuesday at 10:00.
NB:
Applies only to Guest Passes bought in the app (not the ticket counter).
The discount applies to only one Guest Pass per person per membership.
The receipt for the Guest Pass must be sent by email to Support@skimore.no
You choose this while ordering the membership, whether you want to pay annually or monthly.
If you have already ordered with monthly payment and want to pay for the rest of the year, you can send an email to support@skimore.no. You will then receive information about the outstanding amount, account number and KID to use.
No, there is no function for this at present. If you need to discuss the due date, send an email to support@skimore.no.
You can update or add a bank card in the Skimore app under Profile → Payment and invoice → Change payment method.
If you are the buyer of the membership or part of an order with unpaid invoices over time, this can cause your user to be blocked. To be able to book climbing, unpaid invoices must first be paid.
If this does not apply to you, or you need help, you can contact support@skimore.no. Remember to state your full name and the mobile number registered on your profile, so that support can help you quickly.
At Skimore Oslo, birthday parties are held outdoors in the fresh air, high up in the trees in the climbing park.
All skill levels can take part – a sense of achievement and cheers are guaranteed!

On weekdays, adults climb free of charge together with the children.
At weekends, adults pay the same price as other participants if they climb.
The activity is best suited to children from 7–8 years and up.
We recommend setting aside about 3 hours in the climbing park, excluding time for food.

We accept municipal companion cards during the winter season.
The holder of the companion card must have a valid ticket. The companion gets a free guest pass.
The free guest pass is only collected in person at the ticket counter. Both the companion (over 18) and the person being accompanied must be present.
A valid municipal companion card with a photo must be shown.
The companion must either buy or show a valid lift pass when collecting the free guest pass.
For specific procedures for sit-skiing, contact the ticket counter.
Note: A companion card does not give priority in the lift queue.
The Guest Pass is bought in the Skimore app.
The Guest Pass (day pass) can be used on one day of your choice at one of our Skimore resorts during the current winter season.
Applies only to Skimore Oslo, Drammen and Kongsberg
Guest Passes at partner resorts are bought directly via their websites or ticket counters
In the app you can easily switch to a mobile ticket, so you don't have to use a Keycard.
How to do it:
Go to Home → Membership → Keycard
Select Switch to mobile ticket
Activate the mobile ticket
Make sure internet, Bluetooth and geolocation are enabled
Receive a code and swipe to activate
When the mobile ticket is activated, the Keycard will be blocked; it is unblocked again when you switch back to the Keycard
If you have a new phone, it must be reset. Contact Support@Skimore.no and we will help you with this.
