Terms

All our memberships are annual memberships with a 12-month commitment period. The commitment period runs from the start date as stated in the Membership Agreement, and the membership renews automatically unless cancelled before the end of the period. Billing is in advance, per year or per month. You are notified in good time before renewal and can stop the renewal in the app at any time. If you wish to end it before the period expires, the remaining monthly payments for the period are charged.

Family membership applies to up to 2 adults and 3 children in the same household. If the household is larger, contact us at support@skimore.no and we'll arrange a solution.

A recognisable face photo is required. All ski passes are personal. Use of another person's membership card or incorrect personal details incurs a fee of NOK 1,500. A keycard is required and comes in addition (NOK 75 for a lost or forgotten keycard).

Seniors aged 80 and over get a free guest pass on presentation of ID at the ticket office. A municipal companion card (ledsagerbevis) gives a free guest pass – both the companion (over 18) and the person being accompanied must be present, and a valid companion card with photo must be presented. The holder of the companion card must have a valid lift pass when collecting. Separate procedures apply for sit-ski – contact the ticket office.
