Seasonal and annual equipment hire

We offer seasonal and annual hire of ski and snowboard equipment for both members and non-members – as a member you get a better price.

Take the equipment home and use it as your own, or store it with us after each visit. The equipment is collected at our facilities in Oslo, Drammen and Kongsberg. Snowboards can only be collected at Skimore Oslo.

Prices

Standard package (annual hire)
Child Skimore member: NOK 1,450 per year
Child non-member: NOK 2,200 per year
Adult Skimore member: NOK 2,150 per year
Adult non-member: NOK 2,950 per year

All inclusive package (seasonal hire) – Skimore members get 20% off the All Inclusive package.
Child: NOK 2,500 per season
Adult: NOK 3,300 per season

All packages include boots and skis. Poles, helmet and other personal equipment are not included in the hire.

All inclusive = you collect rental equipment each time you go skiing and hand it in when you're finished – so you don't have to take the equipment home. A simpler process for many who don't have a car or are short on space. NB! All Inclusive is seasonal hire only, and the equipment is returned at the end of the 2026 season. The equipment is collected and returned at the hire each time it's to be used.

Practical

There's a limited number of skis and snowboards, so it pays to be early. (Snowboard annual hire applies only at Skimore Oslo.) The equipment package is bought and paid for in advance at our till and lasts up to one year (12 months). To end the hire, you hand in the equipment at the facility where you collected it, before the renewal date.
