Duties: 

• Customer service via telephone, email and chat. Sales and follow-up of memberships and services. Guidance and support in the use of our systems and products

• Contribute to great customer experiences and efficient problem-solving 

• Collaborate across teams to ensure the best possible service 

Qualifications and qualities:

• Good communication skills and enjoys customer contact

• Service-minded, solution-oriented and structured

• Experience from customer service, sales or similar work is an advantage

• Comfortable with the telephone as a working tool – no phone phobia

• Thrives in a fast-paced environment with varied tasks

• Technical interest and/or expertise

• Good skills in using a PC and digital tools

• Good command of Norwegian and English, both written and oral
