Conditions for purchasing a Guest Pass/Single Trip (Lift) – SKI and BIKE

Updated: 28 Oct 2025

Right of withdrawal for a Guest Pass/single trip

For purchases outside business premises/distance sales (e.g. via the app, Internet or telephone), consumers have a statutory right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days after Skimore has fulfilled its duty to provide information under the Right of Withdrawal Act section 20.
See our right-of-withdrawal form here.
When purchasing a Guest Pass and other goods in a physical shop, the customer has no right of withdrawal, cf. the Right of Withdrawal Act section 1.
If the customer has used the Guest Pass/Single Trip (activated it at the turnstile) within the withdrawal period, the right of withdrawal ceases, cf. the Right of Withdrawal Act section 26.
Please note that no refund is given for a Guest Pass/Single Trip in the event of unforeseen operational stoppages, bad weather, power outages, machine faults or other circumstances outside our control (Force majeure). Force majeure also includes epidemic, pandemic and the like, including government orders as a result of this.
Parts of the runs may be reserved for competition and training for limited periods, without this giving grounds for compensation. The same applies to necessary and planned maintenance of lifts or runs.

Confiscation and fees

If you pass through a turnstile without a valid ticket, Skimore may impose a fee of NOK 1,500.
If you pass through a turnstile with the wrong type of ticket (age), the Guest Pass may be confiscated and you may be charged a fee of NOK 1,500.
Misuse – including lending or reselling a Guest Pass – leads to confiscation of the card, without any form of refund, and a fee may be charged in accordance with the first paragraph.
In the event of a breach of the Alpine Code of Conduct, or failure to follow the facility's safety rules or warnings, the Guest Pass may be confiscated.
Confiscated Guest Pass(es) can be collected for a fee of NOK 1,500.
