Responsibilities
• Customer handling, guidance and support by phone, email and chat
• Contributing to great customer experiences and efficient problem-solving
• Sales and follow-up of memberships and services
• Collaborating across teams to ensure the best possible service
Qualifications and qualities
• Good communication skills and enjoy customer contact
• Service-minded, solution-oriented and structured
• Previous experience from customer service, sales or similar work is a big advantage
• Comfortable using the phone as a work tool – no phone anxiety
• Thrive with a fast work pace and varied tasks
• Technical interest and/or competence
• Good skills in using a PC and digital tools
• Good command of Norwegian and English, both written and spoken
• Knowledge of invoice handling and related processes is an advantage
• An interest in and passion for skiing, cycling and/or climbing is an advantage

Working hours
Permanent position. The position is part of a shift arrangement that may involve work in the evenings, at weekends and on public holidays.
Place of work: Skimore's new head office in Oslo (centrally located with good public transport connections). Some work at our partner resorts may occur.
