The climbing courses

The climbing park has activities and climbing courses to suit all ages and experience – it doesn't matter what shape you're in, or whether you've never climbed before. It's also free to be in the climbing park for those who aren't climbing.

The courses are marked with colours by difficulty, from orange (easiest) via light green, green, blue, red to black (hardest).

Height requirements

Orange: over 80 cm · Green/dark green: over 110 cm · Red/blue: over 140 cm · Black: over 160 cm. Weight limit: 120 kg.

Age requirements

Children under 6 who are over 110 cm must have a responsible adult with them on the green courses. Children under 10 who are over 140 cm must have an adult with them on the blue, red (140 cm) and black courses (160 cm).

Orange (easy):
Nøtteliten – 8 obstacles, 1 zipline (min. 80 cm)
Klatremus – 7 obstacles (min. 80 cm)
Peer Gynt – 13 obstacles, 2 ziplines (min. 80 cm)

Light green:
Veslefrikk – 15 obstacles, 1 zipline (min. 110 cm)
Stomperud – 14 obstacles, 3 ziplines (min. 110 cm)

Green (min. 110 cm):
Tommeliten – 15 obstacles, 3 ziplines
Huttetu – 13 obstacles, 1 zipline
Dyretråkket – 16 obstacles, 2 ziplines
Rødhette – 15 obstacles, 2 ziplines
Ulven – 16 obstacles, 2 ziplines
Peter Pan (high) – 10 obstacles, 6 ziplines

Blue (min. 140 cm):
Laksetrappa – 18 obstacles, 3 ziplines
Tyrihans – 9 obstacles, 1 zipline
Himmelstigen – 10 obstacles, 1 zipline
Trollhalen – 15 obstacles, 8 ziplines

Red (min. 140 cm):
Ormen Lange – 14 obstacles, 2 ziplines (the park's longest, 380 m)

Black (min. 160 cm):
Vriompeisen – 10 obstacles
Askeladden – 19 obstacles, 1 zipline

Important

Access to the climbing courses is not permitted for people who weigh more than 120 kg, are pregnant, or are under the influence of alcohol or other drugs. Everyone who's going to climb must take part in instruction at the climbing park and follow the rules.
