Birthday

When you arrive at HUT Letohallen to celebrate a birthday, you're welcomed by your own birthday host who ensures a safe and fun start to the celebration.

The children are given the necessary equipment, a simple safety briefing and instruction before they can let loose on the walls. After about an hour of climbing, you gather in the birthday room for food, celebration and good company. When everyone's energy is topped up again, we finish with another round of climbing for those who want even more action.

The birthday host is responsible for safety and activity throughout the visit. The person who books the birthday is responsible for keeping track of the group and helping to keep an eye on the children along the way.

Practical information

Birthday climbing 2 hours: NOK 359 per person. This is included:

Instructor and your own birthday host throughout the celebration
Hire of climbing equipment
Birthday room for two hours
Two slices of pizza per participant (margherita or cheese and ham)
Squash and water
A birthday gift for the birthday child
Minimum 6 children

The birthday room has space for up to 20 participants and is available for two hours from the start time. Note any allergies or special needs in the booking form, and we'll make arrangements as best we can. You're also welcome to bring your own cake or other treats for the celebration.

Booking and changes

Booking and any changes must be made no later than 3 days before the birthday.

Fewer participants? We refund for the number if the change is reported within 3 days.
More participants? The difference is paid via a payment link.
