The courses are organised by Ingierkollen Rustad Slalom Club (IRS) and held in the family slope, for children from 5 to 15 years. The beginner group is play-based alpine training with an emphasis on the joy of skiing and achievement.

Good to know

Everyone who takes part becomes a member of the club in the year they do the course. We recommend turning up 15 minutes before the start, down by the lift in the family slope – look for the IRS flag. If you need ski equipment, it can be borrowed free of charge at "Bua" by Oppegård library. A lift pass is not included in the training fee and is bought from Ingierkollen/Skimore.

The club is run on a voluntary basis, and the kiosk is parent-run. On registration you therefore also take part in one mandatory 3-hour shift in the kiosk during the winter. We also offer private lessons – contact Liam on 948 25 331.
