Public transport
You can easily get to Skimore Oslo by metro and bus. Here's the public transport to both Toppsenteret and Wyller.
To Toppsenteret
To Toppsenteret, the ski school, beginner slopes and climbing park.
Take the metro and bus with Ruter (Tryvann appears as its own station option in Ruter's journey planner). Take metro line 1 towards Frognerseteren and get off at Voksenkollen station. A connecting Ruter bus runs on every other metro from Voksenkollen to Skimore Oslo on weekdays, and on every metro at weekends. The bus stops on Voksenkollveien, right by the metro stop. If you prefer to walk, it takes about 15 minutes up to the resort from the metro station.
Connecting buses from Voksenkollen run only in the winter season.
To Wyller
A bus route all the way to the resort! Wyllerløypa appears as its own station option in Ruter's journey planner. Ruter has set up a bus from Røa that drives right into the resort – the bus stop is called Wyllerløypa.
Take metro line 2 towards Østerås, get off at Røa and take bus no. 41 «Sørkedalsbussen» to Wyller. The bus drives right into the resort at selected times, signposted «Sørkedalen via Wyllerløypa» or just «Wyllerløypa». At other times the 41 bus runs its normal route and stops along the road – then it's about a 7-minute walk into the resort.
NB: If incorrectly parked cars block the road for the bus, it stops on Wyllerveien just outside the resort instead of Wyllerløypa.
