Every winter we welcome thousands of pupils from all over Eastern Norway for active and memorable ski days in safe surroundings. We offer a simple and safe programme of high quality, with a dedicated school card for schools.
This is what you get with us
- A varied ski resort with several lifts and runs
- All runs end in the same place – easy to keep the group together
- Free, groomed cross-country trails
- Free lift tickets for teachers (1 teacher per 10 pupils)
Prices
- School card: NOK 275 per pupil (any age)
- Hire of skis/snowboard/boots/poles: NOK 275
- Helmet: NOK 100 (free for children). The number who need to hire equipment must be reported in advance.
- ID is required for hire.
Practical information
- The school organises its own transport. We recommend Schaus Buss: schaus.no / lars@schaus.no
- The school decides its own departure time
- The lift tickets are handed out together to the contact person at the Welcome Centre
- Single-use cards – a keycard is not needed
Booking and payment
- Booking is sent by email at least 4 working days before arrival
- State the school, contact person, activity and any hire
- School cards are paid together on arrival (bank card only)
- An invoice can be used if needed. Invoice details must be submitted at least 4 days before
Food and barbecue
- We have only one fire pit, used occasionally
- If you want to barbecue, the school must bring its own firewood, firelighters and equipment
- Let us know when booking if you plan to barbecue
