Want to work in an active and social environment? We're looking for an assistant for the shop, ski hire and climbing park.
TryvannWyller AS (Skimore Oslo) is looking for a service-minded and enthusiastic member of staff for a permanent 100% position. This is a varied year-round role where in winter you'll work in the shop and ski hire, while in summer you'll be part of the operation at our climbing park.
We're looking for someone who enjoys people, takes responsibility and likes being part of a team. With us you get a varied working day in a pleasant and inclusive working environment with great colleagues and a high level of activity throughout the year.
Duties
Winter season
• Customer service and sales in the shop
• Handing out and taking in ski and snowboard equipment
• Adjusting and simple maintenance of rental equipment
• Ensuring good flow and order in the shop and ski hire
• Contributing to great experiences for our guests
Summer season
• Customer service and host role at the climbing park
• Instruction and safety training of guests
• Daily safety checks and simple maintenance
• Contributing to safe and efficient operation of the park
Responsibility
The position involves a smaller amount of daily operational responsibility and responsibility for following up the team on certain shifts. You'll be an important support in the daily operation and help ensure that both staff and guests have the best possible experience.
We're looking for someone who
• Has a few years' work experience
• Speaks fluent Norwegian and has a good command of English
• Is service-minded and enjoys customer contact
• Is responsible, positive and solution-oriented
• Likes to take the initiative and contribute to a good working environment
• Works well both independently and with others
• Has an interest in skiing, outdoor life or activity-based experiences
Experience from sales, retail, ski hire or similar is an advantage, but not a requirement. The most important thing is that you're motivated to learn and want to create great customer experiences.

Working hours
The position is part of a rota, and you must expect to work daytime, evenings, weekends and during holidays. Our busiest periods are often when others are off, so we're looking for people who are flexible and enjoy a varied working day.
